A personal portfolio · Built with AI

I wanted to
feel better.
So I built for it.

At the start of 2026, I wanted to get stronger, sleep better, understand myself, and build a spiritual foundation.

I built apps for those goals. They became some of the most-used apps on my phone. Citadel brings the same idea to focused work on my Mac.

Agent Elm takes that a step further: helping teens learn to build their own.

See what I built

Six projects, built with AI

Built around my life.

From tools I use myself
to helping others learn to build.

01

Physical health

Get stronger.

Dad Bod Delete

A kettlebell training app with an AI coach, built for busy dads. Thirty-minute workouts make strength training something I can fit into my day.

02

Sleep & rest

Feel more rested.

No-Nap Nap app icon

No-Nap Nap

I can’t nap. This is my way to make space for rest anyway: guided non-sleep deep rest sessions I can use when I need a break, without having to fall asleep.

03

Psychological health

Understand myself.

Partfully

An AI guide for parts work, inspired by Internal Family Systems. I built it to slow down and explore what I’m feeling through conversation and guided reflection.

04

Spiritual health

Build a foundation.

Saintly Whispers

A place to explore Catholic prayer and learn from the saints. Guided prayer, daily reflection, and courses give me a way to keep developing my spiritual life.

05

Focus & attention

Protect my attention.

Citadel app icon

Citadel

I built a Stoic-inspired timer for focused work on my Mac. It pairs work intervals with distraction blocking and an intention for each session. Each focused minute adds a stone to a growing temple.

Agent Elm

A guided platform that helps teens learn to build with AI. Learners describe what they want to make, work with an AI coding partner, and create websites, games, and tools. It’s my mission in practice: helping someone else become a builder.

What I want to help you do

Builder & AI teacher

Build something
that makes your life
better.

You know the things you wish worked differently in your day. With AI, you can learn to build something around those needs, then keep changing it as you learn what helps.

My mission is to help you live your best life by teaching you to build experiences with AI that work for you.

That’s what these apps have become for me.
I want to help you find your version.
